HR Assessment
During this meeting we will:
- Ensure that the company is in compliance with legislative requirements;
- Review the company’s HR practices in a variety of areas to identify strengths and weaknesses;
- Make recommendations on areas where the company can enhance their current practices;
- Answer any other questions or concerns relating to HR.
Health & Safety Consultation
Depending on your needs, this meeting can be used for one or more of the below:
- Review your CNESST classification and rates, to make sure that you’re charged properly;
- Review an active CNESST file to identify possible cost-saving measures;
- Conduct a preventive company walk-around to identify workplace risks;
- Answer any other questions you may have in regards to Health & Safety.
You will receive a written report summarizing our findings and recommendations within one week following the meeting.
